Prince Edward Island is the smallest of Canada’s provinces and territories by a considerable margin, with a total area of 5,660 square kilometers, which is one-tenth of the size of the second smallest region, Nova Scotia. In fact, the only table game that the casino offers is blackjack, with two tables currently in operation for visitors to the casino. The blackjack tables are open 2pm until Midnight on a Sunday, 4pm until midnight Monday to Wednesday, 11am until 1am on a Thursday, and 11am until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. There is also a substantial poker room, given the size of the facility, which has five poker tables. The poker room is closed on Sunday and Monday, but is open from 4pm until midnight on Tuesdays and Wednesday, 11am until 1am on Thursdays and 11am until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, so any poker player in the city can find plenty of action. The poker room also hosts a poker league, as well as weekly tournaments on a Friday night, and as it is the only licensed poker room in the city, the Red Shores Racetrack and Casino is definitely the place to be if you are a poker player.

It is also the place to be if you live for slot machines.
