I used to play with the Silver Oak Casino untill August of 2010 when my bank call and ask me if was gambling on line, i was using my Debit Visa card to deposit, and they told me they were banned to use for payment for on line gambling, so i got in touch and requested all my debit visa deposit back of $37,000.

When i tryed to make the deposits in the cashier section of the casino i had to go through chat line to make a deposit the cashier portion did not work, i requested the deposits be refunded to me and they would’t. they locked me ot of the casino and blocked there e-mail. i also won over $18,000 when i was playing and alonie received $5,000 of it the rest they said was the bonus i had already played the bonus through. WHat can i do to get my deposits back?

Casino Answers isn’t the first website that Joanne has came to complaining about Silver Oak Casino. The manager of Silver Oak Casino has stated that Joanne received over $19,000 in winnings from Silver Oak Casino. We have requested from Joanne bank statements from her end to verify the amounts she has received.

In regard to the other issue – Joanne deposited money with her Visa card and lost it. Now she is wanting the deposits back. Sorry – but it doesn’t work that way, even with the UIEGA. You deposited money and you lost it. It’s unfortunate, but it happens and you are best to just move on.
