We’ve got midweek games this week in the EPL, and of course that means more betting tips!

The $10k challenge is practically over. Here’s the latest updates:

Dan: 9-8 +6.79 units
Bookie Bill: 4-20 -14.29 units

Absolutely embarassing by Bookie Bill. This guy was actually a bookie too! As you can imagine – he didn’t last long in that job.

As these tips are a bit late we’ll just go with Wednesdays games(even though Spurs/Sunderland over 2.5 is appealing!)

Man Utd vs Man City: Man Utd Clean Sheet @ 3.8

Despite the amount of talent at their disposal, City aren’t even close to firing on all cylinders. Without Balloteli, we’re not guaranteed any City goals. Tevez of course is still lethal, however they’ve scored just 15 goals in 11 games. In their last 3 games Man U have held City to a clean sheet, and although the last game between the teams was a 7 goal thriller, the odds are too high to turn down here.

Newcastle vs Blackburn: Under 2.5 goals @ 1.93

I’m sure I’ll lose this one. Newcastle are a team I vowed to never bet on, because you just never know what team is going to turn up. Blackburn though usually keep their games tight, and I can see 1 goal, maybe 2 max in this one.

Wigan to beat Liverpool at 5.2

Got a few risky bets this week, and this is another one. I’m just not sold on the “Liverpool revival” yet, and Wigan always keep Liverpool games tight. I can’t remember the last time Liverpool won by more than a goal against Wigan, be it home or away. Wigan are on a bit of a bad run in the EPL, but again I think these odds are just too high.

Chelsea vs Fulham: Chelsea cleen sheet @ 1.81

I expect Chelsea to return after the Liverpool defeat with a polished and professional performance. With Drogba and the whole malaria mess I don’t know how they’ll do goal scoring wise, but I can see them wanting to bounce back and keep a clean sheet here.
