English Premiership Tips 13-14 November

I hope you caught Dan’s midweek picks for our $10k wager on our English Premiership Betting Tips. Dan slipped back very slightly towards me and I’m now confident that the turnaround is here and we’ll be on the up and up.

Let’s get on to my English Premiership tips this week.

Over 2.5 goals in West Ham Vs Blackpool @ 4/6

Blackpool showed last weekend, much to my chagrin, that their games have goals in them regardless of whom they are playing. West Ham have proven that, too, with their 3-2 defeat to Stoke during the week. Both teams think defence is the best form of attack and we have to ride the Blackpool goals train until the wheels fall off!

Wolves to beat Bolton @ 7/5

This is a big game for Wolves and they seem to get the results against the teams they need to get them against, while Big Mick tends to pick his teams accordingly for the big games and the games he think they’ll lose. They have a fresh squad and will be going in pumped up after a good performance in an unlucky defeat to Arsenal midweek. Bolton have been playing well, but the Wolves price means they’re extremely backable.

Stoke to draw with Liverpool @ 9/4

The Liverpool resurgence continues, but their away form is still a bit shaky. Their draw with Wigan midweek sums it up. Stoke showed heart beating West Ham and Tony Pullis will be hoping they continue that into a huge game for them. Stoke’s results look poor, but they have been unlucky with refereeing decisions and just all round bad luck. If their luck can hold out, they should be able to get a point against the Scousers.

Aston Villa to draw 1-1 with Manchester United @ 6/1

I’m not a real fan of a correct score bet, but something just sticks out with these two teams. Aston Villa don’t concede too many at home and Manchester United having been drawing a lot of games, plus their squad is somewhat decimated by injuries. It’s going to be a close game and there shouldn’t be too much in it, so a speculative punt on the 1-1 scoreline seems the right play here.
